Recommended Reading

The Art of Saxophone Playing – by Larry Teal. Basically the saxophone bible. It is the most in depth book ever written on the sax. It covers how to start playing, how to hold, how to blow etc..

Top-Tones for the Saxophoneby Sigurd M. Rascher this book focuses on technique and offers musical examples and exercises to help players develop a four-octave range.
